The products shown above are some of the ones I have worked on so far. In the product development team, I am responsible for engineering the new furniture in the Paolo Castelli collection. The challenge I face daily is to meet the form we want to achieve, high-quality standards, and to make the products solid and durable. We work with many natural materials, so I have to know their processing, their limitations, and the correct way to treat them. I have to provide for assembly practically both for the customer and transporting the product. I interface with suppliers and craftsmen, with whom we collaborate to achieve a common synergy and make the product we have developed to the best of our ability.
